How to Print a Report (3 of 5)
< Back

Printing a previously completed Risk Assessment

1. Find the patient’s record so the Patient Details screen is displayed (shown below).

On the right side is a list of any previously started Risk Assessments. From this summary list, you can click on any row (excluding any listed as Unfinished) to view that Treatment Option Plan in Print Preview format, and then print the report.

2. Click on the row of the specific report you wish to view. The Treatment Option Plan then displays in Print Preview format.

Select which type of report you want to view and print, either Patient or Clinical, from the drop-down field at the top left of the screen.

3. Click the Print Report button at the top of the screen and the Printing Options screen will display.

4. From the Printing Options menu, you can determine what content will appear on the printed report, choosing to include or exclude three fields:

  • Treatment Options
  • Tutorial Link
  • Oral Hygiene Recommendations

Check to see that the default settings selected on this screen match the content you wish to include on the printed report, and make any desired adjustments.

5. If you wish to view what the report will look like before you print it, click Print Preview. Otherwise, you can print directly from this menu by clicking the Print button that corresponds to the type of report you wish to print, either Patient or Clinical.

A copy of that Treatment Option Plan will print on your local printer.

Next, we will look at how to print a report directly after completing a Risk Calculation.
