Printing overview

A Treatment Option Plan is a summary of information from the Risk Calculation, with suggested treatment options relevant to that Patient's health and risk. This information is available in two formats:

  • Patient Report
  • Clinical Report

You can use either of these report types in many ways, as helpful tools and records. There are two points at which you might wish to print a report:

  • To access a Treatment Option Plan completed in the past
  • To access a Treatment Option Plan directly after completing a new Risk Assessment

We will go through the steps to print either type of report in both of the above situations. First, let's look at how to retrieve a past report.
