How to Find a Patient Record (3 of 6)

Browsing all Patients allows you to visually search the entire list of established patient records in your PreViser data file, then select the record you wish to view.

1. From the Home page menu, click Browse all Patients. This displays the summary list of your patients, shown below:

2. Hovering your mouse over a row highlights it in a different color (orange). Clicking on that row opens that patient's record.

3. Patients are listed alphabetically by last name. (You can also sort the list by clicking on a column heading, to alphabetize the city names, for example.) Since you are looking for Demo_Joe Demo_Thompson, scroll down the list to the D names, where you will see his name. Click on that row to display DemoJoe’s full record on the Patient Details screen, shown below:

Next, we’ll look at the second way to locate a patient’s record, by using the Search function.
