Do 50 sequential risk assessments and get a free Practice Analysis Report (PAR). You’ll get the information you need for planning and decision-making:

• an analysis of your patients' disease,
• the amount of therapy and staffing needed to treat that disease appropriately, and
• the gross revenues you can expect to see from that treatment.

The Practice Analysis Report informs you of critical information as you evaluate the impacts of expanding your hygiene practice to more effectively treat your patients.

All we need to generate this report is the reimbursement and practice profile information found in the report, and 50 assessments performed on sequential patients age 30 or older presenting for a hygiene appointment, either therapeutic or preventive.  The sequential assessments are needed to ensure randomization so our projections on the total disease load in the population are accurate.

How to get a PAR:

1. Contact PreViser Support by email support@previser.com or phone 360-661-5763 and let us know you want a PAR. Please identify yourself with your practice name and/or your PreViser user name.
2. Perform PreViser Perio Risk Assessments on the first 50 sequential adults (age 30 or older) that present for a hygiene appointment.
3. Complete the Dentist Data Form (see below) with information about your practice and return that to us (email the form to support@previser.com)
4. When the 50 Risk Assessments are complete and we have the Dentist Data Form back from you, we will generate a PAR for you and email or mail it according to your request.
