My Account gives you access to your PreViser account balance and usage at any time of the day or night. You can check your credit balance, view recent usage, update your contact information, set up automatic payments, and download the most recent version of the PreViser program.
To Access My Account:
1. Visit www.previser.com and look for the “My Account” link at the top of the page:
2. Click " My Account" and you will be given the following three options:
- Create a Free Account
- Login to My Account
- Retrieve Password
3. Log into the second section (Login to My Account) using your PreViser User Name and Password (retrieve it by email at the bottom of that page if you've forgotten it).
Once logged in to My Account you may choose one of the following 3 options (these appear on the first screen upon login, and at the top of the screen while you are in My Account):
View or Change My Account Information:
Here you can update your Account contact information and set up automatic payments.
1. The first section is basic account information.
Note: you now have the option to add a secondary email address for billing-related communications.
2. The second section allows you to set up Automatic Payments.
Automatic payments allow you to easily refill your credits with a set amount when your balance reaches zero. Here, you can securely store your credit card information. When setting up automatic payments, we do not charge your credit card initially until your account reaches zero. You must visit our online Shop if you would like to make an immediate payment.
3. The last section is for Offer Codes and lets us know where you heard about PreViser.
Offer Codes are usually provided by a PreViser representative.
4. In order to save the changes you have made, you must click the Save Account button.
View My Usage and Credit History
View your current credit balance, Usage, Credits and Offers.
About Credits:
- Your purchases are translated into "credits" in your account (similar to going to an arcade where you pay cash and get tokens to use). Credit Balance is how may credits you have remaining in your account. When you first Finish an assessment on a patient, one credit is debited from your account. That one credit allows you to perform unlimited number and type of assessments on that individual patient for free for the following 12 months.
- Your cost per credit will vary depending on how many you puchase - cost starts at $6 per credit (based on the minimum purchase of 100 credits for $600) and goes down as you buy more. See options on our Shop.
- Note: A negative credit balance means that you have gone over your allotted credits based on what you purchased.
- Credits and Payments are viewable on this screen.
- By clicking Usage line items, you can view Usage Details.
Usage Details:
- Each line item shows you the date and type of an assessment you transmitted, whether a credit was used, and a Remark as to why a credit was or was not used. A key to explain the Remarks appears at the bottom of the list (like a footnote).
- You may also view a different month's usage by choosing a different date with the date drop-down and pressing the Refresh button to view that month's Usage Details.

Download the latest version of PreViser
Allows you to download and then install the latest version of PreViser for PC or Mac (the current release is listed on that page). To check which version you're running, open the PreViser program, click Help (upper left) and then choose About, and the installed version number will display. To download and install the program, or to upgrade your installation, follow the instructions posted on that page.
