Find a Patient Record

You can find a patient in either of two ways:
  1. Browse all patients, then clicking on the relevant name from the list.
  2. Search by the patient's name in the Search field.
 
Both start from the Risk Assessment Home screen, so you need to locate that screen. It is the first screen you see when you open the application, or you can access it from any page by clicking the Home button in the top navigation bar:
