You will perform this task when:

1. You are entering your existing patients into your PreViser RiskCalculator™ system so you can risk assess them; and

2. You are establishing records for a patient new to your office.
 
By completing this tutorial you will learn how to accomplish the following tasks:
  • Create a record for a patient new to PreViser
  • Create a record for a patient already in PreViser's system from another practice
  • Print a copy of your patients' records for their files
