following list outlines the main features of the Treatment Option Plan
Services available to you as a clinician using PreViser services. For
details, see the Related Topics at the bottom of this page.
Authentication
Your user
account grants you access to the system and gives you the ability to
create, review, and print Treatment Option Plans for your patients.
Patients cannot access this information themselves.
New
Treatment Option Plans
You can
create a new Treatment Option Plan for any of your patients after completing
data entry for a Risk Assessment.
Showing,
Correcting, or Deleting Treatment Option Plans
You can
view a list of all Treatment Option Plans in a given Patient's record.
You cannot delete a finished Treament Option Plan. You may correct errors
on a report within 90 days of initially transmitting it to PreViser.
Viewing
Treatment Option Plans
You can
retrieve any requested Treatment Option Plan to see:
- Disease
State Score
- Risk
Score
- Any
available history from previous plans
- Suggested
Active Intervention Treatment Options
- Suggested
Preventative Options
Customized
Information on Printed Reports
By clicking
the Options button in PreViser, you can customize the
following information that may appear on each Treatment Option Plan
as a printed report for your patients:

- Practice
