Billing Basics Overview
| You can access
your current and past Billing Statements by clicking the “Online
Billing” link in the left panel of the Risk Assessment
Home screen. Clicking this link sends a request to the PreViser Billing Service for a current transcript of your billing statements, which is summarized in list form on the next screen displayed, the Billing Main Menu, which displays general billing information as well as your current Statement Summary which lists your Billing history. PreViser charges your practice $6 per patient for access to PreViser's RiskCalculator™ tool for one year; you can perform unlimited Risk Assessments (including Perio, Caries, and Oral Cancer) for that patient during any 12 consecutive months. (For more information and clarification of Billing Policies, please refer to the Billing section of the FAQs in the Appendix). Bills
are due within 30 days of the statement date. Each statement
covers the total number of Risk Assessment charges incurred during a particular
