When you have completed the required fields in a Risk Assessment and click "Finish," this activates a connection to the Internet. The system then encrypts and sends only the de-identified Risk Assessment data, along with the Patient's PreViser ID and your User Name and Password, to PreViser’s web service.

If the transmission is unsuccessful for some reason, you will see an error message displayed.

Typical errors you might experience here are a problem with your Internet connection or an invalid user name or password (i.e. you have made a change on your account without contacting PreViser Support to confirm this change.) For more information, see Troubleshooting in the FAQs in the Appendix.

If the transmission is successful, a Risk Calculation is performed and the Web Service returns a Treatment Option Plan.
