Printing Options

After successfully completing and transmitting a Risk Assessment, the Printing Options screen displays.

The Account Information on your Options screen determines the default values on this screen, but you may wish to change the settings for a particular instance when you are printing a report:
  • If a box is checked, that information will print on the Report.
  • If a box is unchecked, that information will not print on the Report.

You may preview the effects of any changes you make to your printing options by making any adjustments to the settings, then clicking Print Preview to view either the Patient Report or Clinical Report before printing. Clicking the Print Patient Report button prints the Patient Treatment Option Plan as configured.

Clicking the Print Clinical Report button prints the Clinical Treatment Option Plan as configured.

Clicking the Return Home button displays the Risk Assessment Home screen.
