much does it cost to use PreViser’s services?
PreViser
charges your practice $6 per patient for unlimited use for 12 consecutive
months of the entire suite of products. This means you can perform any
number of Risk Calculations (including all of Caries and Periodontal
disease and Oral Cancer) for that patient during one calendar year.

What
methods of payment can I use to pay my PreViser bill?
1. By Card (Online or Phone):
Call 360-661-5763 (Mon -Fri 5AM-5PM Pacific) to speak with a PreViser
Support Representative.
To
ensure proper payment, please have ready your account name and the invoice
number or amount you wish to pay. You will need a valid credit card
or bank card number (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, or Discover).
You may also use your card and pay online, purchasing
set quantities of Risk Assessments which are then credited to your account.
Click the Pay Online button from the Billing screen to visit our secure
Online Shop where you may purchase Products and Services, including
Risk Assessment credit.

By Mail:
You can print the Statement and send the invoice with your check or

Can I change
the method I use to pay my PreViser bills?
Yes,
you may pay each statement by whichever PreViser-approved method you
choose.

Is there
tax charged on PreViser fees?
No.
The per-patient fee for 12 months of unlimited Risk Assessments is a
flat $6.00.

How can
I find out what my billing balance is, or check if a statement has been
paid?
You
can check the current status of your payments at any time by clicking
the Online Billing link from the Home page, which returns a summary
list of your billing statements to date, showing the total due and the
payment status of each. You can then click on any specific statement
for full details.

Is there
a separate charge for each type of Risk Assessment (Caries and Perio and
Oral Cancer) for one patient?
No.
PreViser charges your practice $6 per patient for unlimited use for

consecutive months from the date of the new Risk Assessment).

When is
my bill due?
Bills
are due 30 days after the statement date.

What is
the billing structure or schedule?
Each
statement is a total of the charges during one month, and the bill is
due 30 days after the statement date. For example, you will have a statement
totaling charges from 3/1/03-3/31/03, issued on 3/31/03 and due on 4/30/03.

I just
paid my bill but the online statement does not show the payment is due
– what is wrong?
Depending
on the payment method you used, it may take a few hours or business
days for the payment to appear on the statement as received. Payments
received by mail take the longest to process through to appear as “Paid.”

Representative by phone or by email, and have your statement information
ready for reference.
