Perio Risk Assessment

The Perio Risk Assessment Wizard includes the following sequence of pages to collect each patient's information during a standard periodontal examination:
  • Patient History
  • Perio Treatments Performed
  • Dental Info
  • Clinical Info

After completing data entry on these pages, you are ready to transmit the information to PreViser, where the risk is calculated and the service returns a Treatment Option Plan.

Next, we will explore each of these pages in the order you will encounter them, starting with the Patient History screen.
