Where can my patients find out more information after receiving a report?

If you have signed up for your own Oral Health Topics website, you can configure your report printing settings to include that web address on each Treatment Option Plan. This allows your patients to access the website later and learn more about what you discuss with them during an exam, thus becoming more informed and active particpants in their oral health care. The website contents supplement and explain the treatment recommendations and topics that may appear on their reports, as well as general oral health information.

What should I do if my patients don’t have Internet access but still want to see the information on the online tutorials?

You can access the website by clicking on the Oral Health Topics icon on the PreViser toolbar, or type the address in to a new Internet browser. You can then select any relevant topics you wish to print to hand to individual patients or display in your office reception area or exam rooms.

How do I change the information about my practice that appears on my Oral Health Topics website?

More information about how to manage and benefit from your Oral Health Topics is posted on the online PreViser Support Center, and you will receive more instructions when you sign up for a website of your own.
