How much does it cost to use PreViser’s services?

PreViser charges your practice $6 per patient for unlimited use for 12 consecutive months of the entire suite of products. This means you can perform any number of Risk Calculations (including all of Caries and Periodontal disease and Oral Cancer) for that patient during one calendar year.

What methods of payment can I use to pay my PreViser bill?

1. By Card (Online or Phone):
Call 888-854-0007 (extension 2) (Mon -Fri 5AM-5PM Pacific) to speak with a PreViser Support Representative.

To ensure proper payment, please have ready your account name and the invoice number or amount you wish to pay. You will need a valid credit card or bank card number (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, or Discover).

You may also use your card and pay online, purchasing set quantities of Risk Assessments which are then credited to your account. Click the Pay Online button from the Billing screen to visit our secure Online Shop where you may purchase Products and Services, including Risk Assessment credit.

2. By Mail:
You can print the Statement and send the invoice with your check or money order to:

Can I change the method I use to pay my PreViser bills?

Yes, you may pay each statement by whichever PreViser-approved method you choose.

Is there tax charged on PreViser fees?

No. The per-patient fee for 12 months of unlimited Risk Assessments is a flat $6.00.

How can I find out what my billing balance is, or check if a statement has been paid?

You can check the current status of your payments at any time by clicking the Online Billing link from the Home page, which returns a summary list of your billing statements to date, showing the total due and the payment status of each. You can then click on any specific statement for full details.

Is there a separate charge for each type of Risk Assessment (Caries and Perio and Oral Cancer) for one patient?

No. PreViser charges your practice $6 per patient for unlimited use for 12 months of the entire suite of products. This means you can perform any number of Risk Calculations (including all of Caries and Periodontal disease and Oral Cancer) for that patient during one calendar year (12 consecutive months from the date of the new Risk Assessment).

When is my bill due?

Bills are due 30 days after the statement date.

What is the billing structure or schedule?

Each statement is a total of the charges during one month, and the bill is due 30 days after the statement date. For example, you will have a statement totaling charges from 3/1/03-3/31/03, issued on 3/31/03 and due on 4/30/03.

I just paid my bill but the online statement does not show the payment is due – what is wrong?

Depending on the payment method you used, it may take a few hours or business days for the payment to appear on the statement as received. Payments received by mail take the longest to process through to appear as “Paid.” If you have a concern, please feel free to contact a PreViser Support Representative by phone or by email, and have your statement information ready for reference.
